social brand forum

It’s hard to believe that the Social Brand Forum is less than two months away. As we get closer to this industry leading digital marketing event, we wanted to take a moment and share some special announcements including new speakers, new sponsors, and more.

Let’s start with some speaker updates. (If you can’t take the excitement, it’s okay to go ahead and register now.) The Social Brand Forum brings some of the best and brightest industry thought leaders to Iowa for two days of interactive learning. These newest additions to our line-up are no exception.

red-ridingsMatt Ridings, SideraWorks

Matt Ridings is the Co-Founder & CEO of SideraWorks, a management consultancy focused on business transformation through improved collaboration and social business. He is a business strategist, keynote speaker, executive facilitator, investor, and writer. His work is focused primarily in developing innovation cultures, change management and organizational design initiatives, technology adoption, culture assessment, and specialized market research using social channels.

red-schmittauerAmy Schmittauer, Savvy Sexy Social

Amy Schmittauer is the President of Vlog Boss Studios, a creative digital agency specializing in video content marketing. She is also the Founder and Face of SavvySexySocial.com, a video blog which helps small and medium businesses and content creators develop and execute a social media marketing strategy to grow awareness and increase sales by showing off their amazing brand personality online.

red-adamsDarin Adams, Infusionsoft

Darin Adams is an award-winning TV personality who has spent 30 years in the broadcasting industry. Much of that career was spent working with entrepreneurs and small business owners, helping them get the marketing they needed. Now he has left the lights of the TV studio and is a noted speaker and author, helping entrepreneurs discover the “WOW” of marketing, while still loving the passion of doing what they do the best.

Ridings, Schmittauer, and Adams join previously announced speakers Chris Brogan of Owner Magazine, Ann Handley of MarketingProfs, John Jantsch of Duct Tape Marketing, Jason Falls of Social Media Explorer, Kerry Gorgone or Marketing Profs, and Joe Chernov of Hubspot.

The full agenda for this single-track, two-day marketing event has been posted at socialbrandforum.com. (You can check it out at the end of this post as well.) Day One of the Social Brand Forum closes with a special live recording of The Work Talk Show podcast, focusing on how social media marketing works at two prominent Midwestern businesses. Joining host Nick Westergaard for the podcast will be Kary Delaria of Allianz and Reid Travis of Pancheros Mexican Grill.

New sponsors have stepped forward in support of the event including Infusionsoft and Verizon. They join previously announced sponsors Hubspot, Zephyr Printing and Design, and Adamson Studios. Interested in sponsoring the Social Brand ForumContact us now.

Registration for the event is $375, which includes a copy of Chris Brogan’s new book, The Freaks Shall Inherit the Earth, and a new book from Ann Handley for each attendee. However, the first 150 to register will receive a special rate of $275 as well as a copy of John Jantsch’s new book Duct Tape Selling. A student rate of $95 is also available by emailing [email protected].

This gets all attendees access to the event as well as our opening night reception at Backpocket Brewing. Attendees can also purchase additional access to a special pre-conference workshop led by Ann Handley and Nick Westergaard (that’s me!). More details will be coming soon on this workshop but it promises powerful content and personal access to best-spelling author and speaker Ann Handley. This special session is limited to just 50 attendees and it’s very close to being full.
